Although I haven't tried this Homemade Fish Fingers recipe yet, it certainly looks easy and tasty. This will make a great meal for the kids with a salad or homemade french fries. You can have your favorite dipping sauce on the side... like tartar or shrimp sauce.

4-1/3 oz breadcrumbs
2 T grated parmesan cheese

1 tsp grated lemon peel

3-1/3 fl oz plain flour
